I know it should be funnier, but the context will be very wrong. The more I spend time in my life, I eventually realized that giving my life for the sake of others is more fun than trying hard for myself. It was very easy to content myself, it is more challenging to help others.
Back in the day, I usually think about myself. How myself in five or ten years? What is the purpose of studying? How I could gain another achievement? It's always be like that. At the first time I entered college, the only thing in my mind is how to be successful like Bill gates, Larry Page, or Sergey Brin. Later on, through all of the experience at the college, I feel very hard to win people. It's easier to make people lose and abandoned than to make them better.
After becoming a mentor and leader, I really understand the real difficulties to persuade people, to make people follow our mind and ideology. Of course it is so easy to make people mad, but the main point is not there. It is about sharing. It is not fun to smile alone. It is no fun to walk and achieve something just by yourself. Winning alone is like laughing by yourself. When you extend your mind into the sake of the other, that's the real fun begin.
Seeing other people smiling because of our care is priceless.
